Shipping policy
The delivery of the products/orders is processed at such address which is provided by the customer. Pro Power or its service providers (delivery partners) do not have an obligation to verify the details of the delivery address provided by the customer. The customer should agree and understand that Pro Power shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for:
- Pro Power is not responsible for damage after delivery.
- Customers are advised not to accept tampered or damaged shipments.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, this may take between 10-12 working days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Confirmed orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days. Once shipped, they'll be delivered to you within 3-7 working days.
- For International orders – All international orders are processed within 1 business day. Expected delivery of the order would be within 4-7 business days.
- Estimated delivery time may change due to the customer’s geographical location, shipping destination, product availability and courier partner’s delivery time & location.
- Estimated delivery time will be (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Excluding public/govt holidays.
- You need to sign after the delivery is accepted by your end. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However Pro Power takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative/other person.
